Who Are We?

Growing up on job sites and coming from a family of carpenters, building a family business has always been a dream of the Gleaton brothers. Andrew and Brad served in the United States military before spending more than a decade gaining experience in the multifamily space with some of the nations leading general contractors, building everything from downtown high rises, to student housing, to suburban garden style properties. First Coast Framing was created in 2020 to fulfill that dream and continue working with the nations best, delivering high quality properties on time.

Meet the Fam

Ronald, the eldest brother, grew up in the construction world under the guidance of his grandfather who worked as a superintendent for most of career. Ronald spent 4 years serving in the Air Force before returning to what he knew best—construction. He has been working in the industry for over 10 years. In 2020 he moved to back to Florida after a brief stint in Texas and got his general contractor license and started First Coast Framing alongside his brothers and wife, Jeisha.
Like his brothers, Brad grew up in the construction world and served in the military. He was in the Marines for 4 years before working construction across the country in various capacities. For FCF, Brad predominantly focuses on the field work and implementing tasks. In his free time, he loves spending time with his family, playing soccer and cooking.
Jeisha, married to Ronald, is the smiling face you’ll see in the office or the friendly voice you’ll hear on the phone if you call in. She handles the office admin side and company financials. Fun fact – she and Ronald are high school sweethearts. She has a graduate degree from University of Florida – Go Gators!
